সূরা নাবা ২১-৪০ শব্দার্থ ও অনুবাদ
| إِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ كَانَتْ مِرْصَادًا | (21 |
| নিশ্চয় জাহান্নাম গোপন ফাঁদ | |
| Truly, Hell is a place of ambush, | |
|
إِنَّ নিশ্চয়ই Indeed جَهَنَّمَ জাহান্নাম Hell كَانَتْ হলো is مِرْصَادًا ঘাঁটি/ফাঁদ lying in wait |
|
| لِلْطَّاغِينَ مَآبًا | (22 |
| সীমালঙ্ঘনকারীদের জন্য প্রত্যাবর্তন স্থল। | |
| A dwelling place for the Tâghûn (those who transgress the boundry limits set by Allâh like polytheists, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh, hyprocrites, sinners, criminals, etc.), | |
|
لِّلطَّٰغِينَ সীমালঙ্ঘনকারীদের জন্য For the transgressors مَـَٔابًا প্রত্যাবর্তনস্থল a place of return |
|
| لَابِثِينَ فِيهَا أَحْقَابًا | (23 |
| সেখানে তারা যুগ যুগ ধরে অবস্থান করবে। | |
| They will abide therein for ages, | |
|
لَّٰبِثِينَ তারা অবস্থানকারী হবে (They will) be remaining فِيهَآ তার মধ্যে therein أَحْقَابًا যুগ যুগ ধরে (for) ages |
|
| لَّا يَذُوقُونَ فِيهَا بَرْدًا وَلَا شَرَابًا | (24 |
| সেখানে তারা কোন শীতলতা আস্বাদন করবে না এবং না কোন পানীয়। | |
| Nothing cool shall they taste therein, nor any drink. | |
|
لَّا না Not يَذُوقُونَ তারা স্বাদ গ্রহণ করবে they will taste فِيهَا তার মধ্যে therein بَرْدًا ঠাণ্ডা coolness وَلَا আর না and not شَرَابًا পানীয় any drink |
|
| إِلَّا حَمِيمًا وَغَسَّاقًا | (25 |
| ফুটন্ত পানি ও পুঁজ ছাড়া। | |
| Except boiling water, and dirty wound discharges. | |
|
إِلَّا এ ব্যতীত Except حَمِيمًا উত্তপ্ত পানি scalding water وَغَسَّاقًا ও পুঁজ and purulence |
|
| جَزَاء وِفَاقًا | (26 |
| উপযুক্ত প্রতিফলস্বরূপ। | |
| An exact recompense (according to their evil crimes). | |
|
جَزَآءً (এটাই তাদের) প্রতিদান A recompense وِفَاقًا উপযুক্ত appropriate |
|
| إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا لَا يَرْجُونَ حِسَابًا | (27 |
| নিশ্চয় তারা হিসাবের আশা করত না। | |
| For verily, they used not to look for a reckoning. | |
|
إِنَّهُمْ তারা নিশ্চয়ই Indeed they كَانُوا۟ (এমন) ছিল যে were لَا না not يَرْجُونَ আশঙ্কা করতো expecting حِسَابًا হিসাবের an account |
|
| وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا كِذَّابًا | (28 |
| আর তারা আমার আয়াতসমূহকে সম্পূর্ণরূপে অস্বীকার করেছিল। | |
| But they belied Our Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, and that which Our Prophet (Peace be upon him) brought) completely. | |
|
وَكَذَّبُوا۟ এবং তারা মিথ্যারোপ করত And denied بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا আমাদের নিদর্শনগুলোকে Our Signs كِذَّابًا (সম্পূর্ণভাবে) মিথ্যা (with) denial |
|
| وَكُلَّ شَيْءٍ أَحْصَيْنَاهُ كِتَابًا | (29 |
| আর সব কিছুই আমি লিখিতভাবে সংরক্ষণ করেছি। | |
| And all things We have recorded in a Book. | |
|
وَكُلَّ এবং সব And every شَىْءٍ কিছু thing أَحْصَيْنَٰهُ আমরা তা গুনে রেখেছি We have enumerated it كِتَٰبًا লিখিত (আকারে) (in) a Book |
|
| فَذُوقُوا فَلَن نَّزِيدَكُمْ إِلَّا عَذَابًا | (30 |
| সুতরাং তোমরা স্বাদ গ্রহণ কর। আর আমি তো কেবল তোমাদের আযাবই বৃদ্ধি করব। | |
| So taste you (the results of your evil actions); no increase shall We give you, except in torment. |
فَذُوقُوا۟
অতএব তোমরা স্বাদ নাও
So taste
فَلَن
অতঃপর কখনও না
and never
نَّزِيدَكُمْ
আমরা তোমাদের বাড়াবো (অন্যকিছু)
We will increase you
إِلَّا
এ ছাড়া
except
عَذَابًا
শাস্তি
(in) punishment
| إِنَّ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ مَفَازًا | (31 | |
| নিশ্চয় মুত্তাকীদের জন্য রয়েছে সফলতা। | ||
| Verily, for the Muttaqûn, there will be a success (Paradise); | ||
|
إِنَّ নিশ্চয়ই Indeed لِلْمُتَّقِينَ মুত্তাকীদের জন্যে for the righteous مَفَازًا সাফল্য (রয়েছে) (is) success |
||
| حَدَائِقَ وَأَعْنَابًا | (32 | |
| উদ্যানসমূহ ও আঙ্গুরসমূহ। | ||
| Gardens and grapeyards; | ||
|
حَدَآئِقَ বাগিচাসমূহ Gardens وَأَعْنَٰبًا ও আঙুরসমূহ and grapevines |
||
| وَكَوَاعِبَ أَتْرَابًا | (33 | |
| আর সমবয়স্কা উদ্ভিন্ন যৌবনা তরুণী। | ||
| And young full-breasted (mature) maidens of equal age; | ||
|
وَكَوَاعِبَ এবং নব্য যুবতীরা And splendid companions أَتْرَابًا সমবয়স্কা well-matched |
||
| وَكَأْسًا دِهَاقًا | (34 | |
| আর পরিপূর্ণ পানপাত্র। | ||
| And a full cup (of wine). | ||
|
وَكَأْسًا এবং পানপাত্র And a cup دِهَاقًا পূর্ণ full |
||
| لَّا يَسْمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغْوًا وَلَا كِذَّابًا | (35 | |
| তারা সেখানে কোন অসার ও মিথ্যা কথা শুনবে না। | ||
| No Laghw (dirty, false, evil talk) shall they hear therein, nor lying; | ||
|
لَّا না Not يَسْمَعُونَ তারা শুনবে they will hear فِيهَا তার মধ্যে therein لَغْوًا কোনো অসার কথা any vain talk وَلَا আর না and not كِذَّٰبًا মিথ্যা any falsehood |
||
| جَزَاء مِّن رَّبِّكَ عَطَاء حِسَابًا | (36 | |
| তোমার রবের পক্ষ থেকে প্রতিফল, যথোচিত দানস্বরূপ। | ||
| A reward from your Lord, an ample calculated gift (according to the best of their good deeds). | ||
|
جَزَآءً পুরস্কার (As) a reward مِّن পক্ষ হতে from رَّبِّكَ তোমার রবের your Lord عَطَآءً (এ ছাড়াও) দান a gift حِسَابًا যথোচিত (according to) account |
||
| رَبِّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا الرحْمَنِ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِنْهُ خِطَابًا | (37 | |
| যিনি আসমানসমূহ, যমীন ও এতদোভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছুর রব, পরম করুণাময়। তারা তাঁর সামনে কথা বলার সামর্থ্য রাখবে না। | ||
| (From) the Lord of the heavens and the earth, and whatsoever is in between them, the Most Beneficent, none can dare to speak with Him (on the Day of Resurrection except after His Leave). | ||
|
رَّبِّ (পক্ষ হতে) রবের Lord ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ আকাশসমূহের (of) the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِ এবং পৃথিবীর and the earth وَمَا এবং যা কিছু and whatever بَيْنَهُمَا তাদের দু’য়ের মাঝে আছে (is) between both of them ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ অশেষ দয়াবানের (পক্ষ হতে) the Most Gracious لَا না not يَمْلِكُونَ তারা সক্ষম হবে they have power مِنْهُ তাঁর সাথে from Him خِطَابًا কথা বলতে (to) address |
||
| يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الرُّوحُ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ صَفًّا لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ الرحْمَنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًا | (38 | |
| সেদিন রূহ* ও ফেরেশতাগণ সারিবদ্ধভাবে দাঁড়াবে, যাকে পরম করুণাময় অনুমতি দেবেন সে ছাড়া অন্যরা কোন কথা বলবে না। আর সে সঠিক কথাই বলবে। | ||
| The Day that Ar-Rûh [Jibrael (Gabriel) or another angel] and the angels will stand forth in rows, none shall speak except him whom the Most Beneficent (Allâh) allows, and he will speak what is right. | ||
|
يَوْمَ সেদিন (The) Day يَقُومُ দাঁড়াবে will stand ٱلرُّوحُ রূহ (জিবরাইল) the Spirit وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ ও ফেরেশতারা and the Angels صَفًّا সারিবদ্ধ ভাবে (in) rows لَّا না not يَتَكَلَّمُونَ তারা কথা বলবে they will speak إِلَّا (সে) ছাড়া except مَنْ যাকে (one) who – أَذِنَ অনুমতি দেবেন permits لَهُ তার জন্যে [for] him ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ দয়াময় the Most Gracious وَقَالَ এবং বলবে and he (will) say صَوَابًا যথাযথ (what is) correct |
||
| ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمُ الْحَقُّ فَمَن شَاء اتَّخَذَ إِلَى رَبِّهِ مَآبًا | (39 | |
| ঐ দিনটি সত্য। অতএব যে চায়, সে তার রবের নিকট আশ্রয় গ্রহণ করুক। | ||
| That is without doubt the True Day, so, whosoever wills, let him seek a place with (or a way to) His Lord (by obeying Him in this worldly life)! | ||
|
ذَٰلِكَ সে-ই That ٱلْيَوْمُ দিন (is) the Day ٱلْحَقُّ সুনিশ্চিত the True فَمَن অতএব যে So whoever شَآءَ চায় wills ٱتَّخَذَ গ্রহণ করুক (আজ) let him take إِلَىٰ দিকে towards رَبِّهِۦ তার রবের his Lord مَـَٔابًا প্রত্যাবর্তনের (পথ) a return |
||
| إِنَّا أَنذَرْنَاكُمْ عَذَابًا قَرِيبًا يَوْمَ يَنظُرُ الْمَرْءُ مَا قَدَّمَتْ يَدَاهُ وَيَقُولُ الْكَافِرُ يَا لَيْتَنِي كُنتُ تُرَابًا | (40 | |
| নিশ্চয় আমি তোমাদেরকে একটি নিকটবর্তী আযাব সম্পর্কে সতর্ক করলাম। যেদিন মানুষ দেখতে পাবে, তার দু’হাত কী অগ্রে প্রেরণ করেছে এবং কাফির বলবে ‘হায়, আমি যদি মাটি হতাম’! | ||
| Verily, We have warned you of a near torment, the Day when man will see that (the deeds) which his hands have sent forth, and the disbeliever will say: ”Woe to me! Would that I were dust!” | ||
|
إِنَّآ নিশ্চয়ই আমরা Indeed We أَنذَرْنَٰكُمْ তোমাদেরকে আমরা সতর্ক করছি [We] have warned you عَذَابًا শাস্তির (of) a punishment قَرِيبًا আসন্ন near يَوْمَ সেদিন (the) Day يَنظُرُ দেখবে will see ٱلْمَرْءُ মানুষ the man مَا যা what قَدَّمَتْ আগে পাঠিয়েছে have sent forth يَدَاهُ তার দু’হাত his hands وَيَقُولُ এবং বলবে and will say ٱلْكَافِرُ কাফের the disbeliever يَٰلَيْتَنِى “হায় আমার আফসোস “O I wish! كُنتُ যদি আমি হতাম I were تُرَٰبًۢا মাটি” dust!” |
